Unique, inclusive services for dual diagnosed students

Program Overview

Program Highlights

Program Highlights

The ITP School programs offer specialized educational services for students who are diagnosed with Autism or a Cognitive Disability paired with a mental health diagnosis. There are 2 separate school sites conveniently located in Lackawanna, NY  servicing students ages 5-21 who are residentially placed in OLV's Intensive Treatment Program or are referred through their local school district's  Committee on Special Education. Students receive structured, individualized academia with up to eight students with one certified teacher and three classroom staff.

The ITP school program works to blend theories and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis, Restorative Practices and Sensory Integration to create a holistic, student-centered approach for teaching and supporting students.

Our unique cross-system program provides an elevated level of care by bridging the gap between treatment and education. Students enrolled thrive best within a high degree of structure, with individualized attention, and with supportive services.
