OLV Human Services' Early Childhood Programs are approved providers of Early Intervention (EI) services. EI is a state-wide program administered by the New York State Department of Health throughout Erie County at no cost to parents.

OLV Human Services' RSO program helps families access pre-school therapeutic services for children ages 3 to 5 years. These services are administered through your local school district. Your district Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) Office would make a referral to us for evaluations and services. If you have questions regarding how to start this process, please give us a call at 828-7603.
We perform evaluations in person at our Lackawanna location and by tele therapy. We also provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and special education services. These services can be provided at your child's preschool or daycare, at our Lackawanna location or by tele therapy.
